Fanbucket is a social networking website/app which enables creators/users to share their personal content and other users/fans to view and enjoy creator’s content. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) has been developed to better serve Creators and Users/Fans who are concerned with how their “Personally identifiable information (PII)” is being used online by us and explains our practices for information collected via the website and/or app, how such information is used, the circumstances under which we disclose such information to third parties and the choices you can make about the way we use and share such information. We also describe the measures we take to protect the security of the information and how you can contact us about our privacy practices. Fanbucket is the data controller of the personal information collected, and is responsible for the processing of your personal information.

We require checks for Creators to ensure that we do not knowingly offer our Services to or collect personal data from anyone under 18 or anyone using a false identity, and offer checks as an option for Fans. These checks involve providing certain information to one or more of our service providers which verify your identity. If you commence the registration process, you do so with the understanding that your personal data will be transferred to Our Service Provider and processed subject to their privacy policy and terms and conditions. We require that you submit your passport or other government identification document, and use facial analysis software to verify your identity. We also require that you provide a photo of yourself holding your government identification as part of the verification process.

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in any email we send.
